If you think about pictures for yourself you have to remember that each picture is
a small particle torn from time for the desire to keep it.
Time consists of many such moments that we would like to have always with us.
Words can be arranged syntactically and time can be stopped neatly.
There are many people and many things to decide about and even more
those about which we should remember. There are also moments to which we should
be able to return to. Photographs are the only such ticket. They always
can take us back to the places and times which have passed, provided
if we remembered and were able to stop them skilfully.
